Named for two girls,
made for all of them.
Rosie Rome began on a netball court
with a coach who kept watching her players fight their own clothes.
Every session, the same thing.
Lauren Brenton, a midwife, mum of five, and coach of her daughters' netball team kept noticing it at every training. Girls pulling at waistbands. Adjusting straps mid-drill. Tugging at hems between plays.
Not because they weren't focused. Because what they were wearing wouldn't let them be.
Nothing quite worked.
Activewear that looked good but wasn't built for a real session. Gear that performed but her girls didn't want to wear. Adult designs shrunk down without a thought for how differently a ten-year-old actually moves.
“So she made what was missing.”
Two daughters. One brand.
Whose middle name is Rose - the first to pull on a training kit and the first to test every piece.
Whose middle name completes the pair - proof this brand was built at home before it went anywhere else.
Three things. Never a trade-off.
Waistbands that stay put through sprints and stretches. Fabric that holds up to a full season.
Soft against the skin, flat at every seam so she forgets she's wearing it within minutes.
Cuts girls genuinely want to pull on, so getting ready for training stops being a negotiation.
“I wanted my girls to stop thinking about their clothes and start thinking about the game.”
